I am a 72 year young ex couch potato, who went from weighing 230 pounds, wearing size 26, by changing my eating habits and having a daily workout. My doctor now tells me I have the body of a teenager
This workout exercises every muscle and joint in your body and you can do it in half an hour daily. It also has very strong core and flexible spine exercises. I do one hour daily myself, but you can pick and choose what works best for you. Make it your personal workout. Only you know your body; if you find new exercises you like, add them in.
My niece Jami is a fitness instructor, a Certified Food Specialist and a masseuse. She taught me a lot of what I know and she is available in the Salt Lake City area. I have worked as a masseuse, and Food Services Cook & Manager. I studied with the American College of Sports Medicine, I am a Fitness Trainer with the International Sports Sciences Association.
